FAQ
Questions, answered.
The short version: StickerFlow does not print for you. It helps your shop turn custom sticker orders into production-ready files and gang sheets.
Who is the beta for?
Primarily sticker shops already selling custom stickers. We are also including print shops with sticker workflows and serious small sellers who can test real orders.
Do you print the stickers?
No. You print them, or your production partner does. StickerFlow handles the storefront builder, cutlines, color controls, proof assets, preflight views, and print-ready exports.
What files do I get?
The beta is focused on print-ready PDFs, proof assets, PNG previews, layer inspection, cutline data, white-ink setup, and gang-sheet outputs that fit your production workflow.
Does StickerFlow replace my RIP?
No. StickerFlow prepares and organizes the files before they reach your RIP. The goal is to reduce manual prepress, not replace the tools that drive your printers and cutters.
How does Etsy work?
Etsy buyers check out on Etsy first. StickerFlow then sends a branded link where the buyer uploads artwork, chooses options, and approves a proof after purchase.
Can customers approve proofs?
Yes. The workflow is designed around customer upload, option selection, proof review, and shop approval before a job moves into production.
What product types are launch-ready?
The launch scope is die-cut stickers, peel-tab stickers, die-cut interior kiss-slit stickers, kiss-cut cards, repeated sticker sheets, and custom-layout sticker sheets. Roll labels are later.
How much does it cost?
Beta is free while we validate workflows with early shops. Final pricing, plan names, limits, and feature gates will be shaped after beta feedback.
What happens to customer artwork?
Uploads are scoped to your shop and used to provide the service. We do not reuse customer artwork for marketing or model training without permission.
Can I white-label the builder?
The builder is designed to match your shop with colors, labels, layout choices, CSS variables, and custom styling. Shopify theme inheritance is part of the product direction.
