This Cookie Policy explains how PrintReactor, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing websites (including printreactor.com) and in our logged-in product experience. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and SDKs. We use the generic term "cookies" throughout this Policy.
Our approach
We keep cookie use to what we need to run the site, measure traffic, and improve the experience. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and session-behavior cookies are off by default and load only if you accept them. We do not run our own advertising, retargeting, or cross-site ad cookies. Where the law requires prior consent (the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Quebec, and Brazil), we show a consent banner and do not set non-essential cookies until you opt in. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

1. Strictly necessary (always on)
Used in the logged-in product to keep you signed in and the Service secure.

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under EU, UK, and Quebec law. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the logged-in application will not function.
2. Analytics (consent required)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to measure aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets the cookies below and processes data on Google servers in the United States. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback) for that transfer. We keep Google's advertising features (Google Signals and ads personalization) turned off, so this data is used for measurement, not for advertising by us.

3. Session behavior (consent required)
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft) for heatmaps and anonymized session recordings that show how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, and navigation). Clarity masks text input and is configured to mask on-screen text. Important: for Clarity, Microsoft acts as an independent data controller and, under its terms, may use the data it collects for its own purposes, including improving Microsoft products and advertising. Microsoft processes this data in the United States. We do not run Clarity inside the logged-in product.

When you withdraw consent, we stop loading these tools and clear the first-party cookies we can reach
(such as _ga, _gid, _clck, and _clsk). We cannot
delete cookies that Microsoft sets on its own domains (such as MUID); you can clear those
through your browser or Microsoft's privacy controls.
4. Advertising and marketing
We do not set our own advertising, retargeting, or cross-site ad cookies. Note that Microsoft may use Clarity data for its own advertising as described above; turning off the "Session behavior" category prevents Clarity from running.
Your choices
- Consent banner. When you first visit, you can Accept all, Reject all, or choose categories. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and non-essential cookies stay off until you opt in. You can reopen your choices any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. For the strictly necessary cookies listed above, blocking will break the logged-in application.
- Global Privacy Control. We treat a valid GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" under US state privacy laws, and we keep non-essential cookies off when GPC is present. We do not sell personal information; if our analytics configuration were ever treated as "sharing," GPC opts you out of it.
- Quebec. Quebec's Law 25 requires explicit opt-in consent for tracking technologies. Visitors in Quebec see the consent banner and we do not set analytics or session-behavior cookies until you opt in.
Changes
If we add or remove cookies, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Material changes that introduce non-essential cookies will be accompanied by a consent mechanism where required by law.
