Beta FAQ
Do I need a commercial printer or cutter?
No. We want commercial sticker shops first, but we are also testing with smaller sellers using desktop printers and Cricut-style machines.
Is there a cost during beta?
Beta is free while we validate the product with early shops. We will share launch pricing before anything becomes billable.
How long is the beta?
We're aiming for about 1 month. Short enough to stay focused, long enough to work through real production cycles with you.
How many shops are you onboarding in this cohort?
Around 5 to 10 shops per platform. We're keeping it small so every shop gets direct attention from the team.
What if it doesn't work, or I want to leave?
No lock-in during beta. We'll help you return to your previous workflow. We never touch your existing setup unless you tell us to.
What happens when beta ends?
We will review what you tested, what you need, and the launch pricing before anything changes. The goal is no surprise billing and no forced plan fit.
Can I connect multiple stores to one account?
Yes, multi-store is supported in beta at no extra cost. Common setup: one Shopify store plus Etsy, or a Shopify main store plus WooCommerce.
How does the Etsy integration work?
Orders flow into StickerFlow automatically. Since Etsy does not allow a custom design tool on the listing page, the buyer checks out on Etsy first, then receives a branded StickerFlow link to upload art, pick options, and approve a proof.
