Published plan limits (for example, orders, SKUs, API calls, or storage) are fair-use ceilings. If your usage consistently exceeds a limit, we will contact you to discuss upgrading or to adjust usage. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend usage that threatens the stability of the Services for other customers.
4. Responsible security research
We welcome reports of security vulnerabilities. If you are conducting good-faith research, please follow the guidance at [email protected]. Do not access, modify, or delete data belonging to anyone other than yourself, and do not publicize a vulnerability until we have had a reasonable time to remediate.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using the Services in violation of this AUP, email [email protected] with the details. Copyright claims should be submitted under our DMCA Policy.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable content, suspend or terminate accounts, cooperate with law enforcement, and take any other action we believe is appropriate. For minor or first-time violations, we generally give notice and an opportunity to cure. For serious violations, we may act immediately without notice.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced under the same process as changes to our Terms of Service.
