Accessibility Statement

PrintReactor, LLC is committed to making our websites and products usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our current level of conformance with accessibility standards, known limitations, and how to contact us if you experience a barrier.

1. Conformance target

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We aim to align with the baseline set by EN 301 549, the harmonized European standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) that has been enforceable across the EU since June 28, 2025, and with the accessibility expectations of the US Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as interpreted by the US Department of Justice. As an early-stage company we may currently fall within the EAA's micro-enterprise exemption for service providers; we are nonetheless working toward this target.

2. Current status

We design and build our marketing site with WCAG 2.2 AA as our goal and use automated checks during development. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we are still applying the standard consistently across every page and the logged-in product experience. Our current status is therefore partially conformant: we substantially conform in many areas but have known gaps we are actively addressing. We will update this statement as we complete audits and work.

3. Known limitations

• Some long-form PDF exports and brand assets were produced by third parties and may not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We provide accessible alternatives on request.
• Certain canvas-based design and 3D-preview tools in the product rely on visual interaction patterns that are inherently difficult to replicate with assistive technology; we are adding keyboard and screen-reader alternatives where feasible.
• Video content may have auto-generated captions pending human review.

4. Assistive technologies we aim to support

We design our experience to work with, and are progressively testing against:

• Screen readers including NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack on Android.
• Keyboard-only navigation.
• Browser zoom up to 200%.
• System-level text-size and color-contrast preferences.

6. Enforcement procedure (EU/EEA)

If you live in the EU/EEA and are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility issue, you may contact the market-surveillance authority in your country designated under the European Accessibility Act. A list is maintained by the European Commission.

7. Compatibility statement

Our websites are designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile, and with the assistive technologies listed above. We do not guarantee accessibility on significantly out-of-date browsers.
